You fitted a kitchen window and double doors nine months ago and each time I have contacted you someone came out also immediately. The windows and doors look really attractive and were fitted on the day you said they would be by fitters who were professional and pleasant. On Saturday I contacted you to say one of the doors was catching at the bottom and on Monday, as promised your fitters came and sorted it out in minutes. It is rare these days for a company to be so reliable. They worked like Trojans all day and were always smiling and friendly. At the end of each day our home was swept and cleaned.
